摘要
人类是否能够在地球上繁衍生息、永续长存的问题已成为人类关注的热点问题。可持续发展,成为人类摆脱生存与发展的困境、自己拯救自己的惟一途径。可持续发展目标实现的主体是人类。可持续发展实现的基本前提,必须是人类主体要具有与可持续发展相适应的伦理观念,具有必要的责任心与义务感。
Whether human beings are able to live and procreate forever on the earth has become the hot topic that we are all concerned about.Sustainable development has become the only solution for human beings to get out of the existential and development problems.In the process of sustainable development,human is the leading part,and ethic concepts with a sense of responsibility and duty are the primary foundations.
