摘要
提升高职学生的就业竞争力是高职院校教育教学改革的重要课题,高职院校应当从核心竞争力、基础竞争力和环境竞争力三个层次来提升学生的就业竞争力,并作为人才培养的首要目标,同时,高职学生也要充分发挥主体能动作用,全面提升自己的就业核心竞争力。
The cultivation of students'employment competitiveness is an important issue of educational and teaching reform in higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges should try to promote students'employment competitiveness by core,fundamental and environmental competitiveness,which can be regarded as the main target of talent cultivation.Meanwhile,students should also make full use of their initiative so as to improve their own employment competitiveness totally.
