摘要
设计一种基于动态模板匹配的焊缝自动跟踪系统.该系统采用简单照明光源为主动光源,以CCD摄像头为传感器件,由工控机对获取的焊缝图像采用文中所述算法进行实时处理.偏差信号送入伺服电机系统控制执行机构动作,从而实现焊缝自动跟踪.该系统实时性好,抗环境干扰能力强,跟踪精度高,已获得实际应用.
The paper described the reliable weld seam tracking system based on dynamic mask match for spi- rally tubes.The system first employed normal lamp as an active light,then used industrial computer to pro- cess the images obtained by CCD and output displacements to control the servo motor system in real time parallelly.The system now runs effectively in practical industrial environments,and the practical results show its robustness,good performance in real time and strong adaptability to different seams.
