摘要
考察了1 mol/L AEE(羟乙基乙二胺)与MDEA(N-甲基二乙醇胺)溶液以及总胺浓度为2 mol/L AEE+MDEA溶液的吸收性能。引入增强因子与交互系数的概念,对混合醇胺溶液中AEE的激活作用与吸收过程中的交互作用进行了分析。结果表明,相同浓度的AEE溶液吸收CO2的能力优于MDEA溶液;在MDEA溶液中加入一定量AEE可以明显提高溶液的吸收性能;AEE+MDEA体系吸收CO2过程中存在交互作用,且交互系数随体系的摩尔吸收比的增加而降低。
The performance of 1 mol/L AEE,MDEA,and their mixture solution(total amine concentration is 2 mol/L) for absorbing carbon dioxide is studied.The conception of enhancement factor and interaction coefficient are introduced to analyze the activation and interaction of AEE when absorbing in amines solutions.Results show that AEE solutions’performance of absorbing carbon dioxide is better than that of MDEA solutions at the same concentration;and adding proper quantity of AEE into MDEA solutions can evidently improve the absorption performance of the whole solutions;there are interaction when AEE+ MDEA system absorbing carbon dioxide,and the interaction coefficient reduces along with the increasing of absorption loading of the system.
