摘要
污水处理厂污泥热值为4000 kJ/kg,是一种可再生的新能源。介绍了美国哈林根市的超临界水氧化法污泥处理装置。取上海市某污水处理厂污泥进行超临界水氧化初步实验,当反应温度为600℃、压力达到28 MPa、反应时间305 s时,TOC去除率达到99.3%,重金属去除率达到92.5%以上,排放热流体热值为1 326.9 kJ/kg,可以作为热流体使用。并对该法产生反应热的利用方式(如发电等)进行了前景分析。
The thermal value of sludge from wastewater treating plant can be 4 000 kJ/kg,so it's a renewable energy form.The set for supercritical water oxidation(SCWO) of sludge in Harlingen City in U.S.A.is introduced in this paper.The SCWO of sludge from a wastewater treating plant in Shanghai shows that when the temperature is 600℃ with a pressure of 28 MPa,and 305 s of reacting time,the removal efficiency of TOC can be 99.3%,and heavy metal removal be over 92.5%,with 1 326.9 kJ/kg of thermal value of emission heat flow.It can be used as a heat flow.The prospect in utilization of thermal energy is also given.
