摘要
在现有的行业安全评价、企业管理风险评价及相关风险评价的基础上,从整体的角度对造成卡钻事故的因素进行了安全评价研究与分析,利用层次分析法建立了钻井卡钻事故安全评价体系;利用模糊理论和专家评判法确定了事故指标隶属度函数;建立了事故安全评价模型并开发了事故安全评价系统。
Based on the existing industry safety assessment,the risk assessment of business administration and other relevant risk assessments,the elements that resulted in the drill pipe sticking is studied and analyzed in this paper from integral angle,the safety evaluation system of pipe-sticking drilling accident built by analytical hierarchy process,by sing the fuzzy theory and expert judgment,the degree of membership function of index in pipesticking drilling accident is defined.Finally,the model of safety evaluation in pipe-sticking drilling accident is built and the system of safety evaluation in pipe-sticking drilling accident developed.
