摘要
分析了铸造铝硅合金熔体质量控制的关键因素,指出要实现对"原始炉料-熔体-制品"系统转变过程的控制,提高铸造铝硅合金性能,需要综合考虑原始炉料的遗传效应,选择优质原材料,了解各种熔体处理方法及其交互作用,以及熔体质量在静置过程中的波动,从而优化熔体处理工艺。
In this paper,key factors on melt quality control of Al-Si cast alloys are discussed.It's put forward that,in order to control the transition processes from charge materials to melt,and to obtain high quality product,determination of reasonable melt processes should consider synthetically inheridity of raw materials,interactions among various melt processes,as well as change of.melt quality during holding.
