摘要
研究了镁合金熔体在半固态温度区间进行不同扰动处理后铸件的组织特征。结果表明随扰动强度增加与处理时间的延长,初生α相趋于圆整;在半固态温度区间进行吹Ar处理可获得均匀的非枝晶组织;非枝晶组织的形成与枝晶熟化、枝晶臂熔断等有关并绘出了其组织演变几何模型。
The microstructure of magnesium alloy casts under different disturbing condition in semisolid state was studied. The results show that the primaryα phase tends to spherical along with increase of disturbs strength and extendsof treatment time. Blown argon into the molten magnesium alloy in semisolid state can obtain homogeneousnon-dendriticstructure. The formation of non-dendritic structure wasowing to rippingand remelting of dendrite armsand a geometricmodel was drawn to show the mechanism of this evaluation process.
