摘要
由于半固态金属加工技术具有短流程、低能耗和高质量的优点,近年来在全世界范围内得到广泛的应用,半固态金属加工过程的数值模拟技术也得到了快速发展。介绍了半固态金属加工过程数值模拟的计算方法,详细阐述了流变铸造、重熔加热和触变成形过程的数值模拟在国内外研究进展,并展望了半固态金属加工过程数值模拟的发展趋势。
Due to short duration, low energy and high quality, semi-solid metal process has obtained close application all over the world in these years. Also, the technique of numerical simulation for semi-sold metal process has been developing fleetly. 1n the articles, the computing method of numerical simulation for semi-sold metal process are presented. The developing status of numerical simulation for Rheo-casting, reheating and Thixo-forming in China and other countries are presented concretely. The trend of semi-solid metal process is also discussed.
