摘要
HQ1400型压裂泵是20世纪90年代初从美国Halliburton引进的高技术产品,经过十余年的使用,部分零部件已经不同程度的损坏。针对HQ1400型压裂泵存在的问题,对泵开展了全面的改进、创新和国产化设计工作。曲轴是泵关键的零部件之一,通过对HQ1400型压裂泵主曲轴进行有限元分析,计算出曲轴的应力、变形和疲劳寿命,为曲轴的结构改进设计提供理论依据。
HQ1400 PUMP is a hi-tech product introduced form American Halliburton Co.at the beginning of 90's.After more than ten years uses,partial parts have been damaged at different degree.In view of the existing problems of the pump,comprehensive improvement,innovation and the domestically designing work are done.Crank is one of the key parts of the HQ1400 PUMP.To offer theoretic gist of structural improving design,authors of this paper calculate the Mises Stress,displacement and fatigue life of the main crank by means of finite element analysis.
