苯甲酸雌二醇对L-谷氨酸单钠损毁弓状核雌性大鼠血脂代谢的影响

摘要 目的观察苯甲酸雌二醇(EB)对L-谷氨酸单钠(MSG)损毁弓状核雌性大鼠体质量、脂肪湿质量及血脂代谢的影响。方法皮下注射MSG建立新生SD雌性大鼠弓状核损毁模型。造模大鼠于30日龄时分别肌肉注射EB0.24mg/kg(MSG+EBL组)、0.48 mg/kg(MSG+EBH组),隔天1次,共30次;停止注射后15d处死大鼠,检测体质量、脂肪湿质量、血脂、血清雌二醇(E2)。结果模型组大鼠体质量、脂肪湿质量/体质量、血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)都明显升高(P<0.05),而E2、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著降低(P<0.05)。EB处理后大鼠的体质量、脂肪湿质量/体质量、TC、TG、LDL-C均显著回降(P<0.05),而E2、HDL-C显著回升(P<0.05);MSG+EBH组与MSG+EBL组比较,其各项指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论EB对弓状核损毁的雌性大鼠血脂代谢紊乱有治疗作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of estradiol benzoate (EB) on body weight, wet fat weight and serum lipid metabolism in female rats with arcuate nucleus damaged by monosodium glutamate (MSG). Methods Arcuate nucleus lesion models were established by subcutaneous injection of MSG in newborn SD female rats. The 30-day-old model rats commenced to receive intramuscular injection of EB at a dose of 0.24 mg/kg (MSG + EBL group) or 0.48 mg/kg (MSG+ EBH group) on alternate day for 30 days. All rats were sacrificed 15 days after cessation of EB injection, and their body weight, wet fat weight, serum lipid and estradiol were measured. Results Compared with control group, body weight, ratio of wet fat weight/body weight, and levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C) increased, but contents of estradiol and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-C) decreased in model group (P〈 0.05). Although these indexes were remarkably improved by EB treatment, there was no significant difference between two dosages of EB (P 〉0.05). Conclusion EB can retrieve the metabolic disorder of serum lipids in rats with arcuate nucleus lesion.
