摘要
聚偏氟乙烯膜具有优良的抗腐蚀能力,处理含油废水的效果很好,但由于该膜亲水性较差,使得膜在运行时容易堵塞,并且清洗再生困难,限制了其在含油废水处理领域的广泛应用。为提高聚偏氟乙烯膜的除油效果和清洗再生能力,本文以聚砜作为第二种聚合物组分,选择溶液共混法对聚偏氟乙烯膜进行了亲水化改性,并针对膜通量和截留率的影响因素以及膜改性的效果进行了详细的研究,试验结果发现:1)当处理浓度为0.2 g/L的含油废水时,膜表面流速从50 m/h到300 m/h变化时,改性后的PVDF膜1 h时的通量可以比改性前增加23.1%~48.2%;2)当含油废水中油的浓度从100 mg/L增加到500 mg/L时,改性后的聚偏氟乙烯膜1 h时的截留率与改性前相比增加了1.7%~8.5%;3)改性后的聚偏氟乙烯膜,与未改性前相比,容易通过反冲洗再生。
PVDF membrane possesses excellent anti-erosion ability and good oily wastewater removal effect,but the membrane is easily jammed in running time and is hard to be regenerated by washing because of its poor hydrophilicity,so extensive application of the membrane is restricted in oily wastewater treatment field.In order to improve oil treatment effect and washing regeneration ability of PVDF membrane,PS was introduced as the second polymer to improve the hydrophilicity of PVDF membrane by liquor blessing.And detailed study was made on membrane flux,rejection ratio influence factors and membrane modification effect.The experiment results showed that when oil concentration in oily wastewater was 0.2 g/L and membrane surface flow velocity increased from 50 m/h to 300 m/h,the modified PVDF membrane 1h flux increased 23.1%~48.2% contrasted to the unmodified PVDF membrane.When the oil concentration in oily wastewater increased from 100 mg/L to 500 mg/L,the modified PVDF membrane 1h rejection ratio increased 1.7%~8.5%.The modified PVDF membrane,contrasted to the unmodified membrane,could be easily regenerated by reverse washing.
