摘要
建立在客观绩效评价和主观绩效评价相结合基础上的激励合同,能够减轻由不完美客观度量(如就业率)引起的激励扭曲。结合客观绩效评价的显性指标和主观绩效评价的隐性指标而提供的激励更加平衡。本文对云南农业大学大学就业指导价值奖励体系和数据进行分析,从数据统计和上级行政主管部门综合考核来进行研究,综合运用了客观绩效评价和主观绩效评价相结合的体系,表明就业指导的价值评价随客观绩效的评价而递增。
System for stimulating staff initiative that based on the evaluation which successfully combined objective results with subjective results,can alleviate to be caused by not perfect and objective generous character(for example,the rate of employment)of encourage the distortion.In addition,when the appealing and recessive guideline join together,the provide of in association with encourage become more equilibrium.Analyzing the system and the data of the employment from the Yunnan Agriculture University,considering the statistics and administration synthesis assess,and using the objective results to evaluate with subjective results at the same time,we can see that the evaluation take up employment guide value increased with the objective results.
