前路椎体钢板在脊柱结核治疗中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨分析脊柱结核Ⅰ期病清、植骨、椎体钢板内固定的安全性及效果。方法:总结2000~2006年收治的严重胸腰椎结核患者,采用Ⅰ期病清、椎间植骨、前路K形钛合金椎体钢板内固定治疗。结果:96例患者均治愈,3例钢板松动,镙丝钉脱落。结论:脊柱结核病灶局部植入钛合金钢板是安全的,可有效预防和矫正后凸畸形,有利于植骨的早期愈合。
