摘要
教育在本质上是理想主义与现实主义相统一。从人力资源开发的角度看,开发人的潜能,培养人的综合素质,提升人的可就业能力是教育传承文明、发展社会的责任。从教与学理念的改变,课程的合理设置,教与学的实践互动中提升学生的可就业能力是高校专业性人力资源开发的系统工程。这也是一个多渠道、全方位、持续不断地培养人才的过程。
In essence,education is uniform in idealism and realism.From the viewpoint of human resources development,developing human′s potential,cultivating human′s comprehensive qualities and improving human′s employability are the kind of educational duty on inheriting civilization and developing society.It is a systematic project to improve the undergraduates′ employability from the idea changing in teaching,the reasonable curricula provision and the practical interaction in teaching and in the meantime it is a multi-channel,complete and continual process of training talents.
