摘要
从文献信息服务的资源保障、环境保障、人才保障等几个方面,论述了构建新世纪图书馆文献信息服务的保障体系,并提出应采取的措施及方法。
The article states the guarantec system of documents information service in library from the aspects of resource,environment and talents,etc.And then puts forward some measures.
