摘要
十年以来,物流企业得到了迅猛发展,但随着我国入世和全球经济一体化进程的加快,物流企业在发展过程中日益暴露出自身不足。作者通过对一些具有代表性的物流企业的分析,认为其中一个制约物流企业发展的重要因素是人力资源管理能力的薄弱。文中介绍了中小物流企业人力资源管理现状和存在的问题,从人力资源规划、用人机制、人力资本的投入、用人观念和激励方面分析了造成中小物流企业人力资源管理现状的原因,最后针对上述原因,提出了相应的解决措施。
The logistics enterprises have been developing rapidly about 10 years, but with China' s accession to the WTO and the global acceleration of the process of economic integration, logistics enterprises in the development process itself increasingly exposed inadequate. By the author of some representative of the logistics enterprises, that one of restricting the development of logistics enterprises is an important factor in human resources management capacity of the weak .This article describes the Small and medium-sized logistics enterprises human resources management present situation, from the human resources plan, the personnel mechanism, human capital's investment, the personnel idea and the incentive mechanism aspects, analyzes reasons of human resources management present situation, finally, according to the above reasons , proposes the solution measure.
