摘要
目的:比较不同产地椒目中α-亚麻酸含量的差异,明确椒目的最佳产地。方法:采用气相色谱法测定了甘肃、四川、山东、湖北、河南、河北、贵州、陕西、山西、辽宁等10个不同产地椒目中α-亚麻酸含量。色谱条件:色谱柱为丁二酸二乙二醇聚酯(DEGS),涂布浓度10%;柱温190℃;气化室、检测室温度均为250℃;氮气为载气,流速20ml·min-1;氢焰离子化检测器(FID)。结果:10个产地的样品中,α-亚麻酸含量差异较大,含量在18.42%-38.02%之间,其中以河北、四川产椒目中α-亚麻酸含量较高,分别为38.02%和33.63%。结论:采用气相色谱法,以α-亚麻酸为含测指标评价椒目药材的质量,方法简便可行。
Object: To determine the content ofα-inolenic acid in Zanthoxylom bungeanum Maxim.from different habitats and ascertain the optimized habitat of Zanthoxylom bungeanum Maxim. Methods: Determining the contents ofα-linolenic acid in Zanthoxylom bungeanum Maxim.from Gansu,Sichuan,Hunan, Hubei,Henan, Hebei,Guizhou, Shanxi,Liaoning by GC.Chro-matographic conditions were: DEGS(10%);Column temperature: 190℃Injector temperature: 250℃Detector temperature: 250℃Carrier gas: N2; Flow rate: 20ml·min-1;FID. Results: The contents ofα-linolenic acid are different in Zanthoxylom bungeanum Maxim.from the ten habitats.The content ofα-linolenic acid from Hebei(38.02%) is the highest among the ten different habitats. Conclusion: The herb quality can be controlled and evaluated by determining the contents ofα-linolenic acid.This paper provide an effective method for selecting and using the herb of Zanthoxylom bungeanum Maxim..
