摘要
该文设计了一种基于比例阀的气动位置伺服控制系统,采用PID控制和最优状态反馈控制器对系统进行调节。实验结果表明PID控制器存在一定的超调,系统的抗干扰能力差;最优状态反馈系统性能稳定、超调小、响应快,系统抗干扰能力强。
The pneumatic control systems play very important roles in the industrial automation systems owing to following advantages-simple in structure, easy to keep clean to working environment, easy in power transfer, and so on. However Pneumatic drives exhibit highly nonlinear characteristics due to the compressibility of air, the nonlinearity of valves etc. It is very difficult to find an optimal controller to realize pneumatic system rapidly, accurately position servo control.. An electro-pneumatic-servo position close-loop control system was proposed with 5/3-way proportional valve, rodless cylinder etc and its control methods were approached. Performance of pneumatic actuator systems while using the conventional PID controller and the Linear-quadratic optimal feedback close system was designed according to principle. The experimental results in different condition were compared and analyzed. All these proved that the designed system was a high performance control system with fast speed response, high precision, little over-shoot .
