摘要
针对全国健身的开展情况 ,从大学体育人才资源和体育场馆资源的角度进行探讨 ,认为 :体育院校参与城市社区体育发展建设 ,拥有雄厚的硬件基础、人才资源和技术优势。优化教学改革 ,为群众体育健身运动培养更多优质的专业体育指导人才是体育院校义不容辞的责任。
In accordance with the development of sports for all,this paper approaches the subject from the angles of the resources of collgeg physical education qualified personnel and gymnasium facilities.It holds the view that institute of P.E should participate in the construction of sport development in city community.It points out that institute of P.E should have abundant hardware basis,human resources and technology advantages.Teaching innovation should be optimized in order that more specialized instructors in physical education will be trained for sports for all.
