摘要
文章认为,中国当代家族企业之所以存在,从现实看,它是顺应我国基本国情的产物;从历史看,是市场经济取代传统经济过程中对家族伦理的扬弃;从发展看,它是企业成长过程中的必经阶段。
The writer considers that the existence of modern Chinese family business is the resuh of confirm- ing with the national situation from the present viewpoint.It is the result of developing the family morality during marketing economy replacing traditional economy from the historic viewpoint.And from the developing viewpoint, it is the only stage in the process of enterprise development.
