摘要
对两种不同截面的铝型材分别在6种不同拉弯成形工艺中的拉弯过程进行有限元数值模拟,探讨成形工艺、弯曲半径与型材截面形状对拉弯成形后型材回弹的影响。
Stretch bending of the aluminum extrusions with two cross-sections is investigated numerically by finite element analysis. The deformations of the aluminum extrusions in six different stretch bending procedures are studied in order to investigate the effects of the process of stretch bending, the cross-section of the extrusion and the radius of bending on the springback of the extrusions after stretch bending.
