冠心病血清脂蛋白(a)和血浆血小板活化率相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 探讨冠心病患者血清脂蛋白(a)(Lp(a))与血小板活化率的相关性。方法 采用免疫比浊法测定血清Lp(a),流式细胞术检测血小板活化标志物CD62P,电阻抗法计数血小板,对77例冠心病患者和50例健康体检者进行了检测。结果冠心病患者血清Lp(a),血浆CD62P检测结果均值均显著高于对照组,并呈显著正相关;血小板计数显著低于对照组。结论 血清Lp(a)直接激活血小板可能是其促血栓形成的重要机制之一。为冠心病及血栓性疾病的诊断、预后及疗效评估提供了实验依据。 Objective To investigate relationship between the level of Lp(a) in plasma and the status of Platelets activation in patientd with coronary heart disease.Method 77 patients and 50 normal subjects were studied. The serum level of Lp(a) was tested quantitatively by turbidimetry, CD62P was detected by flow cytometry(FCM) ,and Platelets were counted by impedance method. Results (1)The serum level of Lp( a) and the positive rates of CD62P in CHD patients were significantly higher than those in control group, and they were significantly relative. The counts of Platelets in CHD patients was significantly decreased. Conclusion Lp(a) actives PLT directedly may be one of the important mechanisms that cause thrombus disease.
