摘要
目的 研究左旋肉碱的抗疲劳作用。方法 经口连续给予小鼠不同剂量的左旋肉碱 (167、 3 3 3和 5 0 0mg/kg) 3 0d ,测定小鼠负重游泳时间、肝糖原含量、游泳后的血清尿素氮和血乳酸值 ,比较左旋肉碱各剂量组与对照组的差异。结果 5 0 0mg/kg剂量左旋肉碱组小鼠的负重游泳时间为 (60 9 9± 2 82 7)s ,明显长于对照组 (3 71 7±13 5 6)s ;5 0 0mg/kg剂量左旋肉碱组小鼠游泳 90min并休息 60min后 ,血清尿素氮值为 (13 49± 2 5 5 )mmol/L ,血乳酸升高幅度为 (1 71± 1 2 1)mmol/L ,均明显低于对照组〔 (15 5 3± 2 91)mmol/L ,(3 2 9± 1 49)mmol/L)〕。对运动后肝糖原含量影响不明显。各剂量组小鼠有轻度的腹泻症状 ,并有体重减轻。结论 左旋肉碱有抗疲劳作用 。
Objective To study the Anti-fatigue activity of L-Carnitine.Methods Kun Ming mice were treated orally with the doses 167,333 and 500 mg/kg of L-Carnitine for 30 days continuously. The loading forced swim duration、glycogen content in liver,urea nitrogen in blood serum and blood lactate value were tested after the last treatment 30 minutes. Results The forced swim duration at the dose group of 500 mg/kg L-Carnitine was 609.9±282.7 seconds and that of the control group is 371.7±135.6 seconds. The former was significantly longer than that of the latter. After forced swimming 90 minutes and taking a rest of 60 minutes, The serum urea nitrogen level at the dose group of 500 mg/kg L-Carnitine was 13.49±2.55mmol/L and that of the control group was 15.53±2.91mmol/L. The average rising value of the Blood Lactate at the dose group of 500 mg/kg L-Carnitine was 1.71±1.21mmol/L and that of the control group was 3.29±1.49mmol/L. The serum urea nitrogen level and the average risiing value of the Blood Lactate at the dose group of 500 mg/kg L-Carnitine was significantly lower than that of the control group. The significant difference of glycogen content in liver between the dose groups and the control group was not observed. The diarrhea and the body weight decrease of the mice which treated with L-Carnitine was observed.Conclusion The anti-fatigue activity of L-Carnitine was observed,which induce diarrhea and body weight decrease.
