摘要
图书馆流通部门的服务质量是体现图书馆工作水平的主要方面,同读者更好地交流以实现图书馆的文化服务功能是当代图书馆管理工作的重要课题。本文就体态语言交流、有声语言交流及客观环境交流等方面进行了阐述。
The quality of service of the circulating department in libraries can reflect its level. It is an important part for modem libraries to communicate with readers in a better way so as to play its service role of culture. The author discusses the body language communication, oral language communication and objective environment communication and so on.
