本文介绍了粉末涂料流化床热熔涂敷工艺原理,设备结构及工艺过程。它具有设备简单,操作容易、涂层厚、防腐蚀性好、粉末涂料利用率高、工作环境清洁等特点,特别适宜小零件的大批量自动化的涂装生产。已广泛用于防腐及电气绝缘等领域。
