摘要
高校固定资产 ,主要包括各种仪器、设备、办公器材等 ,直接面向教学、科研、开发等各方面 .牢固树立改革创新的思想方法 ,提倡资源共享 ,优化管理模式 ,加强规范操作 ,建全各种规章制度 ,充分发挥高校仪器设备的资源优势 ,是现阶段高校实验室固定资产管理的重要课题 .本文从管理者角度 ,提出一些关于做好高校设备管理的观点 ,积极主动地为高校教学科研服务 .
The permanent assets in universities,such as the apparatus,facilitys,and the office equipments,all of which is useful in teaching,scientific research,exploitation and some other areas.We should build up the innovative throughway,advocate sharing our resources,optimizing our management,normalizing our operation,perfecting our rules,and exerting the advantages in the resources of the university permanent assets.All of that are the very important problems in the manageemnt of the university permanent assets right now.This paper is written by a supervisor,we bring forward some points of view on how to deal with the management of the permanent assets,so that we can make our service for the university teaching and scientific researches more actively.
