摘要
着重介绍了"延长生产者责任"(EPR)的概念,以及欧盟、美国等国家的施行现状,并简要阐述了国外执行EPR对我国发展循环经济的参考作用。
This article briefly introduces the concept of EPR (extended producer responsibility), gives the information of the actuality of EPR implementation in EU & United States, then concisely analyses the reference what EPR supplied to the development of Recycle Economy in China.
