摘要
目的:建立用反相HPLC法测定萸连片中黄连碱、盐酸巴马汀、盐酸小檗碱含量的方法.方法:使用DiamonsilC18色谱柱(250mm×φ4.6mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(28:72,磷酸调pH3)为流动相.检测波长345nm,流速1.0mL·min-1.结果:3种生物碱成分线性关系良好(r>0.9998),回收率好,样品液在2d内稳定.结论:本研究为萸连片的质量控制提供参考依据.
Objective:To establish a method of RP-HPLC for determination the content of coptisine,palmatine and berberine inyulian tablets.Methods:Analytical column was diamonsil C18(5μm,4.6mm×250 mm). The mobile phase consisted of CH3CN-0.1mol·L-1KH2PO4(28:72).The flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1 and the UV detection wavelength was at 345 nm. Results:The calibration curves of three alkaloids were linear(r>0.9998).The recovery was perfect and The samples were stable during two days. Conclusion: The study provides a reference basis for the quality control of Yulian tablets.
