摘要
杨佳袭警案反映出来的问题值得我们深思,同时也暴露出我国警察公共关系建设存在的不足。良好的警察公共关系能提高警务工作效能,树立警察的良好形象,促进警民之间的互动,推动警务工作的发展。公安机关应当加强公共关系理论和实务的研究,更新警务战略,建立专门公关机构,处理好与媒体之间的关系,并注意服务与暴力之间的结合,最终推动我国警察公共关系向前发展。
The problems involved in the case of Yang Jia is worthy of deep thought. At the same time, the case tells us that there are many problems in the building of the police public relations. Excellent police public relation is helpful for improving the effectiveness of policing, setting a better example, enhancing the interaction of the police and public and promoting the development of policing. Therefore, in view of the current problems, public security organs should strengthen the theory of the public relations and research of practice, update policing strategy, establish special public organs, and work well with the media. We should pay attention to the combination of service and violence and promote the development of the police public relations eventually.
