摘要
运动负荷价值阈是体育方法学的一条原理,本文试图把这一理论移值到体育教学领域,作为体育教育的理论依据,为体育教学合理安排和调节运动负荷提供客观科学的标准。
The value threshold of sports load is a principle of physical methololgy, the present paper tries to transplant this principle into physical education, takes it as the theoretical bosic for physical education and provides a objective and scientific criterion for the reasonable arrangements of physical education and the adjustment of sports load.
