摘要
阐明体育教师继续教育的必要性 ,分析研究了体育教师继续教育中存在的若干问题 ,从转变观念、建立制度、探索有效的培训模式和构建适宜的课程体系等方面 ,提出了改进体育教师继续教育的途径和方法。
This article Expounds the necessity of the continuing education for physical education teachers, analyzes the current problems the concerning continuing education for physical education teachers and puts forward some working ways and channels , such as changing our ideas , establishing new rules , exploring effective training patterns and setting up suitable systems in order to improve the continuing education for physical education teachers .
