摘要
针对当前电子政务评估中存在的指标体系设置不够合理,现有综合评估方法存在不足及评估未有效反映电子政务发展方向等问题,应合理设置及量化电子政务评估指标,以新思路构建电子政务评估模型,构建新型移动电子政务评估方法并注重评估模型与新技术结合。
There are some problems of current E-Government assessment ： index system is not reasonable enough, the shortcomings of using the existing comprehensive assessment does not reflect the development of E-Government effectively. To solve these problems, this paper presents some countermeasures about how to improve the assessment of E-Government： setting and quantifying the indicators reasonably, using new ideas to build E-Government evaluation model, constructing new evaluation methods about mobile E-Government, and focuses on the combination of assess- ment model and the new technology.
