摘要
扰乱法庭秩序罪是新刑法增设的一个新罪名,为了更进一步地贯彻新刑法的立法精神,本文作者从该罪的立法缘起、概念和特征、罪间界限以及其他应当注意的问题等方面,作了较为深入、具体的研究和探讨,以期对司法实践中如何正确地处理好这一方面的问题有所裨益。
The writers of the article make a systematic study of the definition, legal concept, restriction of the offence aswell as other problems worth paying attention to with an intention of contributing to a better understanding of the issue anddoing some good to a better handling of the problems arising from this kind of offence.
