摘要
实验选用Wistar大鼠15只,随机分为正常组5只,实验组(40%CCl4植物油皮下注射组)10只,同时喂养9周。断头法快速处死动物,立即取肝,冰冻切片,用酶组织化学和图像分析法观察肝内主要代谢酶活性变化。结果显示:实验组肝内SDH、CCO活性降低,LDH、NOS活性升高。
15 Wistar rats were divided into 2 groups: including normal control
group 5 and experimental Group 10 (subcutaneous injection of CCl 4 diluted by plant oil). The
rats were fed under same condition for 9 weeks, then were killed respectively. Using exzyme
histochemistry and imaging analysis the actioity changes of major enzymes were observed.
The results showed that the activities of SDH, CCO were decreasing while those of LDH, NOS
were increasing in chronic cirrhosis model group. The activity changes of MAO were not
obvious.
