摘要
The paper mainly researches the character, surface group analysis and active distribution of dust on the 6 pair minerals with 12 morphologies by biochemistry, electric and surface chemistry, IR, XRF, UV spectra and electric microscopy technique. It has been done that the stability, the changed and active type and biological resistance in human simulation of mineral fibrous dusts;the glaucophane changing in animal body; the interaction and toxicity assessment between cultural cell and mineral fibrous dusts, haemolysis and MDA testing, AM cell culture and microscopy study and the dusts acting with membranous protein red cell etc.
