Determination on content of epigoitrin in Banlangen granules from different pharmaceutical factories by RP-HPLC

摘要 目的:建立一种测定板蓝根颗粒中表告依春含量的方法,并比较不同厂家板蓝根颗粒中表告依春的含量差异。方法:应用高效液相色谱法测定表告依春的含量,色谱柱为ZORBAXSB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸-三乙胺(8.5:90.72:0.73:0.05);流速为0.7ml/min;检测波长为245nm;进样量为20μl;柱温为30℃。结果:表告依春含量测定的线性范围为0.0204-0.3060μg(r=0.9998),平均加样回收率为98.08%,RSD为1.25%。结论:本研究所建立的色谱方法可以简便、准确测定板蓝根颗粒中表告依春的含量,重现性好;各厂家生产的板蓝根颗粒中表告依春的含量差别较大,有必要建立表告依春的定量控制方法。 Objective:To establish a determination method of epigoitrin content in Banlangen granules and tocompare its content discrepancy in Banlangen granules from di erent pharmaceutical factories. Methods:RP-HPLC was used to determine the content of epigoitrin. A ZORBAX SB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)column was used for content determination. The mobile phase was acetonitrile- water-phosphoric acid-triethylamine(8.5:90.72:0.73:0.05).Flow rate was 0.7ml/min. The detection wavelength was set at 245 nm. The injection volume was 20μL and column temperature was 30℃. Results:The linear range of epigoitrin was 0.0204μg-0.3060μg(r=0.9998),the average recovery was 98.08%,RSD was 1.25%(n=9). Conclucsion:The chromatographic method which had good repeatability established can be used to determinate the content of epigoitrin in Banlangen granules simply and accurately and can be used to evaluate the quality of Banlangen granules from di erent pharmaceutical factories.
