催化褪色光度法测定痕量钼(Ⅵ)

摘要 籍助活化剂磺基水杨酸,钼(Ⅵ)催化过氧化氢氧化碘化钾,其产物I_3^-离子氧化指示剂罗丹明B,拟定了测定痕量钼的新催化褪色光度法。方法检出限2.05×10^(10)g/ml,相对标准偏差RSD为0.95%(n=9),线性范围0~0.12ug/25ml。可用于水样中痕量钼的测定。测定结果令人满意。 A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amount of Mo (Ⅵ) has been developed . It is based on rbodamine B as an indicator and the reaction between hydrogen peroxide and iodide, catalyzed by molybdenun (Ⅵ ) being monitored spectroph-tometrically at 556.0nm, The presence of solfosalicylic acid can enhance the sensitivity and selectively. The calibration grasps obtained are linear in the range of 0 -0.12ug/ml molybdenum.The dectection limit is 2.05 × 10-10 g/ml. the relative standand diviation is 0.95% . The method is used to apply the determination molybdenum (Ⅵ) in riuer water.
