摘要
从玫瑰根癌样品中分离纯化获得31株分离物,其中15株有致病性。生理生化及纸电泳法测定结果表明,15株玫瑰根癌菌有7株属于 Agrobacterium tumefaciens(原生物Ⅰ型),8株属于 A.rhizogenes(原生物Ⅱ型),Ti 质粒全部为胭脂碱型。经平板和温室检测,根癌抑制菌 K1026,E26和 HLB-2对60%以上的玫瑰根癌菌株有抑制作用,以 E26的效果最好。
Thirty one isolates were obtained from rose crown gall,and 15 of them were pathogenic to sunflower plants.Physiological and biochemical tests revealed that 7 strains were Agrobacterium tumefaciens and the other 8 strains were A.rhizogenes.Paper elec- trophoreses showed that the Ti plasmids of all strains were belonging to nopaline type. Biocontrol strains K1026,E26,and HLB-2 could inhibit over 60% of the pathogenic strains.Strain E26 was the best one for control of rose crown gall diseases.
