种子定量电子秤电磁振动变速给料的原理与应用 被引量:13

摘要 通过对电磁振动给料机基本工作原理的理论分析,论述了定量电子秤电磁振动给料机变速给料的原理并导出变速给料的实用方法,同时还简要介绍了DSCZ-4型种子定量电子秤应用该原理与方法实现变速给料的试验结果,证实了用一套电磁振动给料机通过变速给料分别、先后完成定量电子秤要求的粗、精两个给料过程的合理性与可行性,以及采用这种变速给料的方式与机构具有结构简单、体积小、成本较低和称量斗偏重小等方面的优越性。 Through the theoretical analysis for the basic operation principle of electromagnetic vibration feeder,the paper expounds a principle of variable speeds feeding produced by electromagnetic vibration ,and the derivation of its practical method. Meanwhile introduces simply test result implementing the variable speeds feed by using the principle and the method in DSCZ 4 type seed quantitative electron balance. There was verified a reasonableness and feasibility of realizing the two feeding programs——rough or precise, required from the quantitative electron balance by using a set of electron vibration feeder to give different feeds at variable speeds; as well as its advantages of simple structure, small volume, low cost and little bias weight of weighter etc. while adopting the method of variable speeds feeding.
