简述了明代治河专家潘季驯主持治理黄河的背景。
The historical background,ideological system,general plan of enforcement and dedication of Pan Jixun(A.D.1521 1595),the outstanding river regulation expert in Min Dynasty,on regulating the Yellow River are briefly introduced in this paper.
