摘要
目的:探讨射干麻黄汤平喘祛痰的作用机理。方法:用射干麻黄汤对豚鼠和小鼠在体和离体进行了平喘祛痰的实验研究。结果:射干麻黄汤对豚鼠离体气管的平滑肌有松弛作用,并有抗组胺、抗乙酰胆碱的作用;对整体豚鼠有延长引喘潜伏期的作用;还有促进小鼠支气管排泄苯酚红的作用。结论:射干麻黄汤具有显著的平喘、祛痰作用。
Objective:To study the mechanism of the anti-asthmatic and phlegm-eliminating effects of Shegan Mahuang Decoc- tion(SGMHD)which was made from Rhizoma Belamcandal and Herba Ephedral.Method:Anti-asthma,Phlegm-elimi- nate and excretion of phenol-red test on guinea -pigs and mice were carried out.Results:SGMHD could relax the smooth muscle of the trachea of guinea-pig in vitro,owing to the action of antagonizing histamine and acetylcholine.It could pro- long the incubation period for inducing asthma in a whole guinea-pig.It could promote the excretion of phenol-red from the bronchial membrane of mouse.Conclusion:SGMHD produces obvious anti-asthmatic and phlegm-eliminating effects.
