摘要
目的:研究补肾益气活血方对被动吸咽所致宫内胎儿生长迟缓(IUGR)孕鼠红细膜的保护作用。方法:以钠、钾-ATP 酶(Na^+、K^+-ATPase),钙、镁-ATP 酶(Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)-AT-Pase)活性为指标,并观察红细胞形态。结果:用药组和对照组 Na^+、K^+-ATPase(0.32±0.07、0.38±0.11μmolPi·mg pro^(-1)·h^(-1))、Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+)-ATPase(0.79±0.10、0.85±0.08μmolPi·mgpro^(-1)·h^(-1))活性均高于模型组(0.22±0.03、0.52±0.08μmolPi·mg pro^(-1)·h^(-1)),均有显著性差异(P< 0.01);前两组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。电镜下红细胞形态用药组基本正常,异形红细胞出现率(6.5%)接近对照组(4.0%),而模型组达53.0%。结论:补肾益气活血方具有保护红细胞膜 ATPase 活性、维持红细胞正常形态的作用,使红细胞变形能力恢复,从而改善子宫和胎盘血流灌注及营养供给,防止 IUGR 的发生。
Objective:To observe the protective effect of Bushen Yiqi Huoxue reeipe(BYHR)on RBC membrane of pregnant mice with fetus intrauterins growth retard(IUGR)which was caused by passive smoking.Methods:the mice with IUGR were divided into 2 groups,the BYHR treated group and untreated model group.The normal mice without inhilation smok as control group.The Na^+-K^+-ATPase,Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATPase of RBC membrane were measured,and RBC form was observed,too.Results:The activities of Na^+-K^+-ATPase and Ca^(2+)-Mg^(2+)-ATPase of RBC membrane in BYHR group and control group were higher than those in model group(P<0.01),but the difference between BYHR group and control group was insignificance(P>0.05).Under electron microscope,RBC form in BYHR group was approximately normal,with a occurred rate of 6.5% of abmormal RBC near to control group(4.0%),while that of model group was 53%.Weight of both fetus and placenta was greater in BYHR and control groups than that in model group(P<0.01). Conclusions:BYHR has effect of protection for RBC ATPase activity and of maintaining normal form of RBC.Rccovery of deformation of RBC might improve blood irrigation and nutrient which supply to uterus and placenta with result of pre- vention of IUGR occurrence.
