摘要
本文把力量训练或比赛中常见的“伴随发声”作为达到最大肌张力的方法,进行了实验研究,得出以下结论:①力量训练或比赛时的伴随发声可以作为使肌张力达生理临界状态的一种行之有效的方法;②最大肌张力的发挥与呼吸无关。
We have studied and experimented on'the accompanied sound production'which often appears in power training and competitions as the method of achieving the maximal myotonia,and at the same time have made comparative study of the connection between the breath and the myotonia,then we draw a conclusion as follows:①The accompanied sound production in power training and competitions can be regarded as effective method that makes the myotonia get to physiological changing circumstances. ②Bringing the maximal myotonia into full play has no business with breath.
