摘要
本项研究在对六种矿物填充高分子聚合物复合试样的应力一应变行为、热分析(DSC)、红外光谱学、扫描电镜等研究的基础上,结合矿物填充高聚物复合试样的机械力学性能分析,探讨了矿物填料与高分子聚合物的界面结构及其相互作用、关系,同时矿物填料-聚合物的界面结构(结合力)主要是以物理分子间力和机械压合力粘合作用为主而形成;化学粘合作用主要存在于表面具有很强极性、反应性的矿物填料、改性剂和基体聚合物之间;在此基础上提出了矿物填充聚合物的界面结构模型。
On basis of the studies of Stress - Strain behaviors, Thermal Analysis (DSC), IR and SEM of high polymer compounds filled with six kinds of mineral fillers, in combination with mechanical properties studies of mineral-filled compounds, interfacial textures and interaction relationships of mineral fillers with high polymer have been discussed. At the same time, the studies have showed that interfacial textures of mineral fillers - high polymer are mainly formed with Physical actions (molecule forces) and mechanical compression actions (mechanical adhensions). However, chemical bonding actions of mineral fillers -polymer are often existed among mineral fillers, modifying agents and polymers which surface properties all with very strong polar and reactive abilities Above all, interfacial texture models of high polymer compounds filled with mineral fillers also have been presented.
