摘要
火烧油层是热力开采稠油油藏的重要方法,其成功的关键是油层点火。用油管带入电热器点火器并下到油井预定深度,在油管内下火电缆,电缆与点火器采用特殊对接技术,可达到通电传输电能到点火器发热的目的。经6井次现场实验,证实采用电热器点火器及配套工具点燃油层,可获得良好的增油效果。
In situ combustion is an important method for thermal recovery of viscous oil reservoir,the key of success is sand face ignition. An electrically heated igniter is tubing conveyed to the predetermined lepth, a cable is run-in through tubing and is connected to igniter by a special contact technique, then electric power can be transmitted downhole and igniter is heated, six times field trials prove that using the ignition technology with an electrically heated igniter to ignite oil formation can get good effect of increment of oil production.
