摘要
导电加热切削时,刀-工导电回路的状态与常规的电流回路有所不同。本文研究了导电加热切削刀-工接触区的电传导机理及特性,提出了刀-工接触区的一个电传导物理模型,分析了加热电流回路的动态特性,讨论了导电加热切削过程中的电物理现象。这对于研究导电加热切削的切削加工机理、刀具磨损机理和电热特性以及对导电加热切削实行状态控制将具有一定的指导意义。
The state of circuit of tool and workpiece in Electric Hot Machining (EHM) is different from that of conventional circuit. This paper investigates the mechanism and characteristics of electric conduction in contact zone of tool and workpiece in EHM, supplies a physical model of electric conduction in contact zone of tool and workpiece in EHM, analyses the dynamic characteristics of hot current loop in EHM, discusses the electrophysical phenomena in EHM, which has some instructive significance to studying cutting mechanism of EHM, wearing mechanism of cutting tool, electrothermal characteristics, and practising the state control during the processes of EHM.
