微量元素的缺乏可引起多种疾病,人发样品具易采集、无痛性和易保存等特点,且头发的生长速度较慢 ,是一种反映体内微量元素慢性代谢变化的较好指标之一.采用示波极谱法测头发样品中锌铁含量.方法简便快速.
Many diseases may be caused by the deffiency of microelements. The samples of human hair are superior in collection, painlessness and preservation. The human hair grows slow and it is one of the best indices of matabolic changes of microelements in the body.
