摘要
本文介绍外场对涡轮轴发动机的振动监测系统组成原理。通过对发动机的振动监测,实理振动状态的监控、趋势分析,评估振动水平,提供故障诊断的依据。对发动机结构系统,特别是转子系境等机械状态的故障进行早期故障的预报和诊断,及时采取适当的维修措施。最终提高涡轮轴发动机的持续性和可靠性,保证飞行安全、降低直接使用成本。
This thesis mainly presents the principle of forming the vibration monitoring system (VMS) of gas turbine, The VMS of gas turbine helps to monitor the vibration status, analyses the tendency of vibration, appraise the condition of vibration and diagnose the fault It also helps to predict and prevent the mechanical failure of the structure system, especially the rotor system of gas turbines, ensure flight safety and decrease the direct operational cost
