摘要
参考国外有关定义，结合我国国情，对高新技术、高新技术产品和高新技术企业分别作了界定，分析了高新技术企业的特征，为对高新技术企业进行技术经济评价和实施政府扶持高新技术企业政策提供了理论依据和技术标准。
Referring to the foreign related definitiens in combination with ournation ’s situation. Definitions are made respectively about the new high technology、its prod-ucts and its enterprises and its characteristics are analysed.Theoretical bases and techniquestandards are provided for the economic evaluation on the new high-tech enterprises and theeffect of supporting policy of the goverment.
